The annual Charlie Parker Jazz Festival will still be on this Saturday (8/27/11) and is cancelled for Sunday (8/28/11).
FYI: NYC subway system might be shut down starting Saturday afternoon. All outdoor activity permits for Sunday have been revoked by the Mayor's Office.
